2024 BAMTP Bookish Gift Guides: Stocking Stuffers for Book Lovers under $35
Every year, stockings are always a favorite part of gifting for my family. Inside jokes, small little luxuries, and yearly favorites (I always receive a package of Skittles–my childhood favorite candy) make up the perfect stocking stuffers. They’re the ultimate ‘I know you so well’ kind of gifts. And finding that perfect little something to sneak into a stocking is the best feeling, no? So let’s say you have a book lover in your life…no worries. You’ll find a little something on this list for every type of bookworm. And they’re all under $35, because we love a budget-friendly gift guide in this economy. I’ve also tried to curate from small businesses as much as possible (so even if it’s on Amazon, most of these are coming from a small biz), and as a small business founder myself, any support we get during this busy holiday season means the absolute world!
For the organized bookworm:
Customized bookplates
Absolutely obsessed with these gorgeous sticker bookplates that you can actually customize for the book lover in your life. They’re from a small business called Sunshine and Ravioli, and are handmade and customizable. Everyone loves a personalized gift. This could really go in the aesthetic book lover section too…
Personalized book stamper
There’s something special about being able to start stamping your personal library. And again, it’s personalized! This comes from another small business, Pickled Stamps, and I have a LOTR-inspired stamp from them that I absolutely adore.
For the Annotator:
Clear sticky notes
For when they want to be an annotator, but don’t actually want to write in their books.
Muted multi-color tabs
A practical, but cute gift. Some of us readers are suckers for aesthetic colors over the neon ones…
Gel pens
Perfect for writing those tiny, detailed notes in the margin. So you don’t get a surprise like I did, the ink is black on them all, but they have honestly become my favorite pens to use on the daily. And they have a little fidget ball on the clip.
For the forgetful reader:
Bookish Socks
When they forget to put slippers on, and their feet are freezing while reading…I’m not saying this has happened to me, but I’m not, not saying this has happened to me…
For the aesthetic book lover:
Resin Page Holder
For the reader that’s always reaching for hardcover books, those thumbs getting tired of holding a book up. These handy little holders keep the page open without putting strain on hands.
Officially licensed bookish iPhone cases
From my Valor & Lore shop! Officially licensed Sarah J. Maas and Fourth Wing iPhone cases, with new 16 models coming for Black Friday! 15% off automatically applied at checkout, and make the perfect stocking stuffer. I’ve personally been using my case for over a year now, and it still looks brand new, so I’m super happy with the quality. I also drop my phone constantly, and this has protected it every single time.
Bookish Pins
Help them express their love for books with some cute general bookish pins that go great on a bag, jean jacket or pin board.
Just One More Chapter Popsocket
Not only is this green color super cute and on trend, the design is so adorable!
Vintage Floral Book Sleeve
So cute and will help keep their books safe and sound while in transit.
For the e-book reader:
Well-Kept Screen Cleaning Towelettes
Well-Kept is this adorable small business I discovered years ago, and these little aesthetic cleaning wipes ALWAYS make it into my stocking stuffer gifts for others. They’re cute, affordable, and they’re perfect for quickly cleaning and sanitizing your devices, and perfect for throwing in your purse on the go. I’m OBSESSED.
Kindle Page Turner
24.99, NOW $15.99 (SAVE 36%)
Now I’m not saying we’re getting lazy, buuuuuut, this is kind of magical if you’re reading in bed and you want to keep your hands cozy under the covers. It also looks like there’s an extra 30% on 2 select items deal, so if you need one for all the siblings, this is perfect.
